Yousseff Bardouh

Yousseff is and ex-Macquarie Bank Division Director with over 20 years’ project and program management experience. During his time at Macquarie, specifically with the very demanding Macquarie Securities Business, Yousseff was responsible for numerous upgrades of existing trading and back office support systems as well as the deployment of new systems.

As an Account Manager, Yousseff was responsible for strategy and for driving technology improvements for the business. He was also responsible for day to day operations and change management functions. Yousseff has a proven track record of delivery which makes him an ideal for senior leadership roles or managing large, complex programs of work.

Shaun Collier

Shaun has an extensive career as an IT professional working across businesses as diverse as investment banking,telecommunications and emergency services. This included time at Cisco, Optus Vision, Macquarie Bank and the NSW Fire Brigades. This experience means that Shaun can turn his hand to virtually anything, from end user computing design and operations, network strategy and design, as well as systems integration.

Shaun spent many years at Macquarie as a System Integrator, delivering technology solutions to the business. This means that he can get things done, and has a track record to prove it.

Mark Guthrie

Mark loves using technology to solve business problems and has delivered technology solutions to financial institutions for over 20 years. His skills include technical strategy business engagement, staff management, budgeting, operations and vendor management. In his recent role at Macquarie Bank Mark was Head of Application Management Services where he was responsible for a team of over 650 people delivering development and testing from Manila, Gurgaon and Mumbai
